Michael has been a licensed broker since 2002 with over 1,500 transactions completed under his management. He is licensed in MA, CT, NH, and RI. He is a Graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Richmond University in Florence, Italy. He serves on several non-profit boards supporting adults and children with special needs. He is also an officer of the Grand Lodge of RI Free and Accepted Masons.

Michael has over eight years of real estate experience with expertise in property and financial analysis, commercial mortgage financing, acquisitions, property management and asset management for retail, industrial and multifamily properties across the New England area. He has held his Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License since 2014. Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Business Administration at Northeastern University. He resides and self-manages a growing real estate portfolio in the city of Worcester.
YANGYANG ZHOU

Yangyang has a decade of experience in the real estate industry. This includes roles at Vanke, China’s largest real estate developer, and Sino-Ocean Group, a vertically-integrated real estate developer. Yangyang was responsible for marketing and sales promotion, customer relations, and crisis communication. She graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a master’s degree in Real Estate Management, and most recently from Boston University with a master's degree in Business Analytics. Yangyang is bilingual in English and Chinese.
LAUREN CHIARELLO

Lauren has over six years of industry experience in the Greater Worcester and Greater Boston real estate markets. Prior to beginning her real estate career, she owned and operated a popular cafe and also has a background in professional photography. These experiences have helped her shape her commitment to the customer experience. As a Worcester resident, Lauren has an authentic understanding of the community and a commitment to the City’s future. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lauren is a committed advocate for, and actively supports, animal rescue organizations.

Taylor is Rubric’s founding director and chairs the advisory board. He is a partner at Civico Development, a real estate development firm focused on creating high-quality and sustainable buildings and neighborhoods. He is also a member of the board of directors of Sustainable Comfort, Inc., a growing green building consulting, construction, and building operations company.
MATT JAVITCH
DIRECTOR
Matt has been involved in the real estate industry for over a decade, having worked for Citizens Bank and First Republic Bank as a commercial real estate underwriter before launching Axilon Capital Partners. Axilon is a multifamily real estate investment firm active in metro Boston. Matt previously served on the young professionals’ boards of the educational non-profit Jumpstart and The MFA Boston.
